INDOOR show has limited space. Please submit a picture with your registration so we can place your vehicle in the area most representative of your build.

Indoor event is open to all types of vehicles. Exotics, Classics, Tuner, Euro, Race, Trucks, Jeeps, Pro touring, etc.

You will be classed with vehicles of the same type. 

2 Badges: All Access to Indoor and Outdoor show and Parking Lot Meet Saturday night.

All participants can pickup their event credentials in the team office on the main indoor show floor, adjacent to hotel check in area.

Sat October 23rd

The indoor show will be open to participants & vendors at 9 am. Show will open to the public at 11am till 6 30 pm.

Sun October 24th

The indoor show will be open to participants & vendors at 9 am. Show will open to the public 11am till 4 pm.

Check in: Please have your registration receipt printed out. At check in you will receive 2 badges for the weekend along with a judging sheet.

Load Times: Friday October 22nd from 9 am till 8 pm Main load in door is on the Northside of the facility.

Parking Lot: Trailer parking will be in the western end of the outdoor show lot to the north.

(Please check with show management on trailer placement before dropping and disconnecting).  

Awards: Elite 21, Lucky 7, and Best in Show

Awards will be announced Sunday @ 3:30 pm.

Rollout: 4 pm till 8 pm.

Electric only available inside. 

If you are going to need electric please select electric during checkout. $25 charge for electric.

Aces will have their own nightly security patrolling the indoor show field.
